Michael Ceville-Rogers, a Class of 2029 prospect out of Florida, is already standing out as an exceptional two-way talent for the Boynton Beach Bulldogs. At 6’3” and 185 pounds, he has a prototypical frame that colleges will undoubtedly be drawn to, showcasing athleticism and a skill set that makes him a dynamic playmaker on both sides of the ball.
On defense, Ceville-Rogers dominates as a defensive end. His explosiveness off the line and natural ability to disrupt tackles make him a nightmare for offensive lines. He beats most tackles with a speed rush, and when faced with more skilled blockers, he effectively uses advanced techniques, including a great hand-fighting game, ghost rushes, and stunts. When he doesn’t reach the quarterback, his wingspan becomes a weapon of its own — reaching up to about 6’7” with arms extended, allowing him to disrupt passing lanes and deflect passes regularly.
Offensively, Ceville-Rogers is just as impactful. As a wide receiver, he’s an elite red-zone threat, possessing both the size and athleticism that make him a matchup problem. With his massive catch radius and reliable hands, he creates a dependable target for his quarterback. His body control and ability to shield defenders allow him to win contested catches, while his leaping ability and wingspan make him nearly unstoppable in jump-ball situations.
Michael made a major statement at the 2024 RNR Super Showcase, walking away with Defensive MVP honors after a performance that included multiple sacks and forced turnovers. His versatility was evident as he contributed key receptions on offense as well. Ceville-Rogers earned his fifth star that day, proving he’s worthy of his five-star rating with his consistent play throughout the season.
With his elite size, skill, and an undeniable motor, Ceville-Rogers has only begun to tap into his potential. There’s no doubt he’s on track to become one of the nation’s most sought-after recruits in his class.
