Name : Hector Chavez

Position : LB

Class : 2025

Team : Miami Gardens Ravens 13u (FL)

Skinny :

Hector Chavez displayed his athleticism on every play during AYF Nationals by being his teams heat seeking missile from sideline to sideline dishing out punishment. As one of his class top linebacker prospects, he displays great lateral quickness and the ability to close gaps in short order. Chavez is a tackling machine with a natural feel for the game that allows him to force turnovers while racking up tackles for loss. In pass coverage, he’s quick and agile enough to break on routes and make a play on the ball. If the Butkus Award was given out this young phenom will no doubt be one of the finalist.

Name : Kaleb Jones

Position : OL/DL

Class : 2025

Team : Arizona Jags 12u (AZ)

Skinny :

AYF Nationals Top Lineman Kaleb Jones showed he is tenacious as a run-blocker. He has the power and athleticism to lock on to his defender and drive him backward consistently. He’s adept at pulling as a lead guard or tackle, and he’s agile and quick enough to get to linebackers and defensive backs on quick passing plays. Now all those things that make him an elite Offensive-line prospect flip that to the defensive side of the ball. Jones is a well-balanced defensive lineman who can do a lot of things well. He has good speed, strength, athleticism and explosiveness off the line. His first step is what makes him special and elite.

Name : Davontae Floyd

Position : DB

Class : 2025

Team : 757 Bucs 13u (VA)

Skinny :

The very skilled Athlete Davontae Floyd has a future on both sides of the ball. As Floyd focuses on the defensive side of the ball, his ball-hawking skills are among his most notable. He has quick feet and quick hands, making one-on-one matchups difficult for opposing wide receivers.

Floyd’s strongest assets on the football field are his versatility and athleticism, making him effective on both sides of the ball. Additionally, he’s a competitive athlete who plays each snap with a high level of intensity.

Name : Jakobe Boykin

Position : WR

Class : 2024

Team : OG Ducks 14u (CA)

Skinny :

When it came to blistering flat out speed the speedster Jakobe Boykins was the 1# deep threat at AYF Nationals. Boykins is a dangerous commodity in the slot, where he projects to take plenty of snaps on the next level. His quickness was a game-changer that created big matchup nightmares whether lined up out wide or in the slot helping his team to the AYF National Championship. He clearly has a feel for downfield seams in the defense, bursting through space with explosive pivots and impressive lower-body strength that allows him to get open for the big plays & scores. Boykins ends his Youth career with a bang look for this kid to take the next step on the High School level.

Name : Jirah “Puka” Aleaga

Position : OL

Class : 2026

Team : Vegas Strong 12u (NV)

Skinny :

Jirah “Puka” Aleaga caught my attention based on sheer size, then his athleticism when he pulled so light on his feet wiping out defenders in his path. Puka has remarkable mobility for a lineman of his size. He carries his weight extremely well, looking like more a 300-pounder than the 245 lbs, and packs one of the best punches of any lineman in his age group. He also likes to pancake opponents and finish the block by making sure they don’t get up again. By falling on them. Ouch. That nastiness is what makes elite lineman and Aleaga has a lot of it which only means the sky is the limit for this young phenom.

Name : HinesWard Lilomaiava

Position : RB

Class : 2024

Team : Harbor Area Pilots 14u (CA)

Skinny :

Call HinesWard Lilomaiava Mr. Ayf this kid has made a living in coming up big on the National stage 2020 wasn’t any different. Lilomaiava boasts a prototypical running back frame. He has a strong lower body and rarely looks off balance because of it. This phenom ripped off some of the longest touchdown runs on the week.

Lilomaiava showed us he is more of a power back than an elusive one. He wasn’t looking to make many guys miss or simply outrun the defense to the end zone. His strengths were his power, instincts and lateral movement. And the fact he keeps moving after contact and has the ability to hit the hole without hesitation to get upfield. This phenoms patience is a big asset moving forward in his career that will take him where he needs to be.

Name : Bryce Jenkins

Position : DL/OL

Class : 2025

Team : White Oak Warriors 13u (MD)

Skinny :

Size-wise, Bryce Jenkins is everything you want in a defensive tackle. He’s a big, tall defender who uses his length well in one-on-one matchups. Strength is also a major asset.

Jenkins brings athleticism to the line too. He moves well laterally for a big guy and is able to make plays to help shut down his side of the field. Jenkins has a switch he flips on that shows just how explosive he is out his stance, so much so he bulldozed two offensive linemen while slinging the QB about 3 feet on the sack. Based on upside alone Bryce Jenkins has all the makings of the 1# Prospect in his class.

Name : D’Aryhian Clemons

Position : RB

Class : 2025

Team : Heir Academy 13u (WA)

Skinny :

Daryhian Clemons showed off a signature move which was a leaping slide cut that allowed him to break diving arm tackles in the open field, turning medium-length gains into monster plays & some to highlight reel worthy touchdowns. He also went into his bag of tricks displaying nice lateral movement that allowed him to quickly bounce runs outside the tackles, where he seems the most comfortable. Finally, the jump cut that gives him some elusiveness in the backfield and is impressive for a kid his age to master freezing defenders in their tracks in pursuit. Clemons had a monster National run putting his name in the discussion of top backs in the class of 2025.

Name : Dailon Denkins

Position : WR

Class : 2028

Team : Southside Ducks 10u (TX)

Skinny :

Dailon Denkins is extremely natural at high pointing the football, displaying strong instincts and elite hands. His expansive catch radius allowed his quarterback to simply place the ball near his body, allowing him to adjust as needed. Denkins put on an absolute show with over 200 yards receiving in the National Championship game. This kid just simply couldn’t be covered and turned up on his opponents with a variety of routes and circus catches.

He’s a long-striding runner with top end speed and smoothly transitions from receiver to runner while picking up major chunks of yards after the catch. This young baller has tremendous upside some might say he has a case as the top receiver in his class.

Name : Ace Leutele

Position : Athlete

Class : 2027

Team : LA Bears

Skinny :

Ace Leutele is one of the more dynamic athletes in 11u age group. After a slow start, he was simply unstoppable in the wildcat and when he lined up out wide versus one on one coverage. He impressed me with his ability to get off the line of scrimmage and separate from speedy corners on deep routes. This kid has a knack for the big plays with excellent hand and eye coordination because he doesn’t drop a thing.

The Bears go as far as putting this versatile Athlete in the wildcat where he also thrives. However, he’s an electric playmaker with the ball in his hands, and he should continue to burst through defenses as he continues to develop.

Name : Ryan Estrada

Position : RB

Class : 2026

Team : El Paso Broncos 12u (TX)

Skinny :

AYF Nationals week Ryan Estrada showed he is a home-run threat every time he touches the ball, Estrada made it a habit of carving up opposing defenses in route to frequent trips to the endzone. This X-factor put his team on his back leading the Broncos to D-2 National Championship.

Estrada has prototypical size to make him a highly sought after prospect. Listed at 5’10” and 165 lbs, he has more than enough build to withstand the punishment of anything thrown at him. And while his calling card is unquestionably his top end speed, Estrada has a ton of sneaky power too, keeping his legs moving until the whistle sounds. Estrada is a sleeper that I’m betting will be a household name by the end of 2021.

Name : Taariq Denson

Position : RB

Class : 2026

Team : Clock Boyz 12u (DC )

Skinny :

If anything is certain, it’s that Taariq Denson knows how to get into the end zone which he showed early and often at Ayf Nationals averaging 2 scores a game. Denson running style fits the Clock Boys offense as he shows the right blend of patience & vision. He is a Bulldozer who doesn’t duck any action, a north & south runner that can also flip things by showing off his ability to evade tacklers or dish out a mean stiff arm. The bell cow for his team Denson wears defenses down while getting stronger as the game goes on, this X-factor is always in prime position to shut the door on his team’s opponent. You don’t win 3 consecutive AYF National Championships without Primetime players like Taariq Denson & the squad.

Name : Douglas Utu

Position : OL

Class : 2025

Team : Vegas Strong 14u (NV)

Skinny :

What makes Douglas Utu a special prospect and one who occupies the top spot among offensive linemen in the 2025 class is his athleticism and how fluidly he moves for a kid his size. In terms of pass protection, he’s already skill in techniques such as hand placement and kick steps. He showed he is more than physical enough in the run game how he drives defenders out of bounce or to the sound of the whistle, but let’s not stop their Utu has that nice nasty attitude but once he flips that switch his mission is to dominate. Utu benefited from playing a year up because it helped him to stick out as a man amongst boys. This kid is on his way to being a pretty special talent on the next level.

Name : Will Conroy

Position : RB

Class : 2029

Team : Heir Academy 9u (WA)

Skinny :

William Conroy was coming off an injury plagued season and was finally healthy going into AYF Nationals. Conroy was focused and eager to compete on the big National Stage. With Speed. Agility. patience. Elusiveness. Will Conroy has everything you want in a running back and he put his entire arsenal on display. A long strider with excellent speed, Conroy displayed the vision to bounce plays outside, but is also decisive north-south when necessary and showed he was more than capable of getting behind his pads to use his strength to break arm tackles. Since he does have a long stride, coupled with how explosive he was in short areas plus his footwork was great in terms of jumps cuts, overall, he’s a well-rounded back who knows how to win. Conroy made AYF Nationals his personal playground scoring more than 10 touchdowns in 4 games, helping bring a AYF National Championship to the state of Washington for the first time ever. Keep an eye on this kid he is trending up because he is like that.
