5 Burning Questions with Youth Football’s Top Quarterbacks
Beyond the highlights. Beyond the stats. Discover how the nation’s top young signal-callers see the field, read defenses, handle pressure, and process the game.
1. How would you describe yourself as a quarterback, and what separates you from other players at your position?
C3 :
I would describe myself as a dual threat QB , a quarterback that can do both pass & run. I think what separates me from other QB’s is my ability to move around the pocket and make throws using my mobility and my smart decision making.
2. What do you work on the most during practice or outside of team workouts to improve as a quarterback?
C3:
I work on my throwing inside the pocket & my footwork most as well as throwing on the run to improve as a quarterback.
3. What is the strongest part of your game right now — arm strength, accuracy, mobility, decision-making, or something else?
C3 :
I think the strongest part of my game is my mobility and my decision making. Being able to make accurate throws outside the pocket is a real strong part of my game.
4. What goes through your mind after throwing an interception or making a mistake, and how do you respond on the next play?
C3 :
When I throw an interception, I’m making a mistake. I remind myself that it’s just one play and sometimes that happens as a quarterback. I focus on the next play. I believe in my ability to come back and make a play for my team. Short term memory stay calm and make better decisions.
5. Why should you be considered one of the top young quarterbacks in the country?
C3 :
I believe I should be considered one of the top young quarterbacks in the country because I have the talent, work ethic, leadership, and determination to compete at a high level. I work hard to improve my arm strength, accuracy, footwork, decision-making, and ability to read defenses. I am a leader who wants to make my teammates better, stay composed under pressure, and give my team the best chance to win. I know talent alone isn’t enough, so I am committed to learning, training, and getting better every day. At 11 years old, I believe my potential is special, and I am determined to prove it through my performance, discipline, and dedication to the game
