HT: 4’2 WT: 63lbs

Jabir Abdullah Jr., a 4’2”, 63-pound force for the ASG Chargers out of New Jersey, is an athlete with standout potential and versatility. Playing both cornerback and running back, Jabir shows impressive skill and drive, but it’s at cornerback where he truly shines. In youth leagues like 6U and 7U, cornerbacks often take on a role closer to an outside linebacker, and Jabir embraces this challenge. He excels at setting the edge, containing runs, and pushing ball carriers back inside where his team can rally to the tackle. His instincts and aggressive play style make him a constant threat in the backfield, as he’s never afraid to make a big stop or chase down a runner.

On offense, Jabir’s quickness and agility make him a valuable asset at running back. The Chargers use him effectively on jet sweeps, allowing him to use his speed to get outside the defense and find open space. His ability to accelerate around the edge makes him a difficult player to contain, and he consistently picks up solid yardage on outside runs.

What really sets Jabir apart is his dedication to training. His social media highlights show a young athlete who is already committed to improving his game, demonstrating a work ethic that’s rare at his age. Jabir isn’t just limited to the gridiron; he also trains as a boxer, which has no doubt contributed to his impressive tackling form and fearlessness on the field. His footwork is notably sharp, a testament to his boxing background, and this discipline translates into his play.

Jabir’s blend of speed, toughness, and commitment to growth gives him a foundation to be a standout player as he progresses. With his aggressive mentality and willingness to put in the work, he’s set up to be a force in his class. The future looks bright for this young talent.

HT 4’0 WT 60LBS

At just 4’0” and 60 pounds, Quentin Jones Jr. is already making a name for himself as a dual-threat quarterback for the Shalimar Wildcats. Although he’s still in the 6U league, Quentin’s field awareness and playmaking ability are far beyond his years. Leading his team as both a QB and a free safety, Quentin has proven himself as a versatile athlete who can impact the game on both sides of the ball.

Offensively, Quentin is the Wildcats’ “field general,” showcasing an impressive arm for his age. He consistently connects with his receivers on throws up to 15 yards, a distance that few 6U players can match. What sets Quentin apart, however, is his decision-making. He shows the poise to sit in the pocket and survey the field, yet has the instincts to take off when the pressure closes in. His agility and speed make him a true dual threat—he can turn potential losses into huge gains with his quick footwork, slipping through tight spaces and bursting into open field with ease.

On the defensive side, Quentin shines as the Wildcats’ last line of defense. Playing safety, he demonstrates incredible range, tracking down runners from sideline to sideline. He’s not just fast; he’s a sound tackler, consistently stopping plays and saving points with his ability to close in on opponents quickly. His recovery speed allows him to chase down breakaway runners, often preventing touchdowns and giving his team crucial opportunities.

Quentin’s combination of arm strength, vision, and agility, paired with his defensive reliability, make him one of the most exciting young players to watch in the class of 2036.
