RNRTOP100 Prospect Report | QB-P Loukas Rettas, FL

Baller Alert - Game Changer

RNR Top 100 Spotlight: Loukas Rettas | Class of 2032 QB | 5’8” | 115 lbs

When you talk about young quarterbacks on the rise, Loukas Rettas is a name that deserves your full attention. The 11U Royal Palm Wildcats didn’t just have a good passing game in 2024—they had one of the top aerial attacks in the state, and Rettas was the engine driving it all.

Standing 5’8” and weighing in at 115 lbs, Loukas plays the position like a seasoned vet. He’s got the poise, the IQ, and most importantly—the arm. Dubbed a true field general, Rettas had a breakout season, putting up numbers that ranked Top 4 in the state in both passing yards and touchdowns. His experience in the offense kept defenses guessing, and his ability to deliver strikes with pinpoint ball placement turned routine throws into big plays.

Give him time in the pocket, and it’s game over. Rettas locks in with surgical precision, consistently putting the ball where only his receivers can get it—setting them up for chunk yardage or house calls. With a talented group of playmakers around him, Loukas kept the Wildcats’ offense wide open, and the scoreboard lit up all season.

At our RNR South FL combine he was on fire! He performed with poise and accuracy and walked away with the highest score in his division. But he’s not done yet.

Rettas, a two-sport athlete with a competitive edge, is now taking his talents to the Delray Rocks 12U for the 2025 season. His frame continues to grow, and so does his confidence and skill set. If you haven’t heard his name yet—you will. Because this rising QB is only getting better, and 2025 might just be the year Loukas Rettas becomes a household name on the youth football circuit.

Remember the name—Loukas Rettas. The next wave at quarterback is already here.
